Before & After

This is my very first before and after photo!!..

In the Before pic.. I weighed 85kg (187lbs)..this pic was taken in October 2011 at a nightclub for my friends birthday! (i am very embarassed by this picture..i hand to demand my friend to take that photo off facebook i hate it that much) but the thing is.. i didnt actually know i looked that big on that night..i actually thought i looked quite good but noone ever truly knows what they look like until they see the photo’s (when they are sober) when i saw this photo…that is when i said to myself..i need to change this!! I need to lose weight.. i need to do this for myself!! I couldn’t take be unconfident and having low self-esteem anymore!!  I wanted to be hot like my friends!! and thats when i started to eat better!!

The After Photo.. was taken 2 days ago, I am 4kg’s lighter and i can actually see a big difference in this picture.. (i actually feel fitter and healthier) i mean 4kg’s may not seem like much..but if you try and pick of 4 big bags of potatoes…it actually is quite alot!!

but my journey continues!! I just wanted to show my successes to my beautiful followers and hopefully get some support and comments=)
